Runner (2026)

⁣Runner is a 2026 action thriller starring Alan Ritchson and Owen Wilson in a high-stakes race against time. Hank Malone, a former soldier, becomes involved in a critical medical delivery that could save the life of a young girl. What should have been a straightforward mission quickly turns deadly when Hank and his unlikely partner, Ben Bishop, become targets of a ruthless cartel.

With dangerous enemies pursuing them and time rapidly running out, the pair must survive ambushes, betrayals, and increasingly difficult obstacles while protecting their life-saving cargo. Every delay puts the young patient in greater danger, turning their journey into a desperate battle for survival.

Directed by Scott Waugh, Runner combines intense action sequences with thriller elements and buddy-comedy chemistry between Alan Ritchson and Owen Wilson. Rodrigo Santoro also stars as Damián Zaldívar.
